Rodavia operates as an information service connecting travellers with independent rental companies in Morocco. When you submit a booking request through this website, you enter into a rental agreement directly with the local provider named in your voucher. We facilitate that connection but are not a party to your rental contract.

Service Scope

The platform displays available vehicles, collects your requirements, and forwards your request to the rental company. Each supplier manages their own fleet, sets their own terms, and handles vehicle handover at the location specified in your confirmation. Your voucher states which company will serve you and contains their contact details.

We do not own or operate vehicles. Responsibility for the condition of the vehicle, insurance coverage, roadside assistance, and compliance with Moroccan traffic regulations rests with the rental provider and you as the driver.

Booking Process

After you complete the online form and pay the booking advance, you receive a voucher. That document confirms your reservation and lists what you must present at pickup: driving licence valid for Morocco, identification, and any additional documents the supplier requires. The remaining balance and deposit arrangements are handled directly at the rental desk according to the terms in your voucher.

Amendments and cancellations follow the policy stated in your confirmation. Refund eligibility depends on timing and the supplier's rules.

Liability and Responsibilities

Rodavia is not liable for vehicle defects, accidents, fines, or disputes arising during your rental period. Those matters fall under your agreement with the rental company. If you encounter issues, contact the provider using the details in your voucher.

You are responsible for complying with Moroccan driving laws, including speed limits and licence requirements. Right-hand traffic applies throughout the country. Radar checks are frequent on N-roads, and fines are issued to the registered driver.

Use of the Website

Information on this site is provided for general guidance. While we aim for accuracy, vehicle availability, specifications, and supplier terms may change. Always verify critical details in your voucher before travel.

Misuse of the booking system, fraudulent payment attempts, or abusive communication will result in request cancellation without refund.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes indicates your acceptance. For bookings already confirmed, the terms in effect at the time of your reservation apply.
